Who will I buy from?
Your contract and invoice are directly with the factory in Russia. FORA Trade coordinates the enquiry and communication without a third-party reseller in the transaction.
How do I request a quotation?
Send the product or grade, required specifications, quantity, preferred packaging, destination and target delivery period by WhatsApp or email. Mention whether this is a trial order or an ongoing requirement.
Can I review specifications and documents?
Yes. We coordinate the documents relevant to the proposed product. The published flour values come from the manufacturer’s specifications; current batch results and destination requirements are reviewed for the particular order.
How are delivery and payment arranged?
Loading schedule, delivery point, payment terms and offer validity are confirmed in writing. Transport and customs are the buyer’s responsibility under the agreed terms. Prices and minimum order quantities are quoted for the actual enquiry.
